Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Katarzyna brings not only her deep knowledge and expertise but also her compassion and genuine understanding to every session.

 

With over 15 years of experience spanning physical health nursing, mental health, and her work as an ADHD Nurse Specialist, she truly appreciates the nuances and complexities of ADHD. More importantly, she sees you - not just your challenges but your strengths, your potential, and the fullness of your unique experience.

Coaching with Katarzyna is a collaborative and empowering process. It’s about creating a safe space to explore where you are right now, what you want to change, and what you dream of achieving. Together, you’ll identify your goals, uncover your strengths, and find ways to create more balance in your personal and professional life.
