Meet Your ADHD & Neurodiversity Coach – Empowering You to Thrive
More Than Coaching — A Space to Meet Yourself

At its heart, my work is about creating a space where you can build a real, honest, and compassionate relationship with yourself — because that relationship is the foundation for everything else in your life.

When we work together, I don’t see you as someone who needs fixing. I see you as someone who deserves to be witnessed — fully seen, not just for the parts you’ve polished, but for the whole, complex, brilliant human you already are.

In this space, you are invited to meet yourself fully — not the version you were told to be, but the person who already exists underneath the conditioning, self-doubt, and old stories.

Together, we make space for all of it — your voice, your emotions, your strengths, your fears, your desires — because every part of you belongs here.

This isn’t about quick fixes or following someone else’s formula. It’s about reconnecting you to your own inner voice, your natural strengths, and your unique way of moving through the world — so you can trust yourself again.
Professional Background
I’m a Qualified ADHD Nurse Specialist, Professional Co-Active Coach, and Neurodiversity Coach and Mentor with over 15 years of professional experience across physical health nursing, mental health, and neurodevelopmental assessments, including autism and ADHD.

My journey has been shaped by a deep passion for helping individuals of all ages discover their strengths, uncover their truth, and create lives that feel fulfilling and aligned with who they really are.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked extensively in mental health, supporting children, adolescents, and adults at every stage of life. My work across both the NHS and private practice has given me not only a wealth of clinical experience, but also a deep respect for the complexities of being human — especially when navigating the unique challenges of neurodiversity, emotional overwhelm, and self-discovery.

In 2018, I became a Co-Active Professional Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), a pivotal step that allowed me to integrate deep coaching practices into my work, empowering my clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and lead their lives from within.

My specialisation in ADHD coaching emerged not only from my professional expertise, but also from my own lived experience as a neurodivergent person. I understand both the challenges and the untapped potential that come with a fast-moving brain and sensitive nervous system — and I’m passionate about helping others uncover their strengths beneath the struggles, step out from behind the masks, and embrace the fullness of who they are.

Currently, I’m expanding my practice even further by studying with the Institute of Coaching Mastery, an ICF-accredited program that is deepening my ability to integrate therapeutic and somatic models into my coaching work. This training allows me to meet clients at a deeper level, connect them with their body and soul, blending evidence-based techniques with the space and creativity that coaching brings — especially when working with emotional processing, self-acceptance, and navigating the complexities of the mind-body connection.

Alongside my formal training, I’ve also pursued extensive personal and professional development, blending traditional coaching tools, psychoeducation, and nervous system work to create holistic, person-centred support that honours both your humanity and your unique. neurodivergence.
