About Me - The Journey to Coaching...
I’m a Qualified Co-Active Coach and an ADHD Coach in training. With over 15 years of experience in physical health nursing, mental health, and neurodevelopmental assessments, such as autism and ADHD, I’ve spent years learning and growing in these areas, which gives me a solid understanding of human complexity. I love helping people see their own uniqueness and potential.
In 2018, I completed my Co-Active Professional Coach training at CTI, which helped me deepen my mission of empowering others to live authentically. My work in mental health since 2015 has led me to specialize in ADHD, and for the past four years, I’ve been focused on supporting neurodivergent individuals as a neurodevelopmental nurse.
To expand my already wide range of psychoeducation knowledge, I began additional training in January 2024, a program that combines traditional coaching methods with ADHD-specific tools to help my clients thrive.
